BlockBoost Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By purchasing BlockBoost services from Infranext (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infranext.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to avail our services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. All payments must be authorized by an individual of legal majority.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, without prior notice or stated reason. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted in these Terms.
2. Services Offered
BlockBoost provides automated short-form video content generation (Reels, TikToks, and Shorts) for gaming platforms. Our service utilizes a proprietary workflow combining in-house technology with third-party AI and cloud services. We provide content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. Delivery & Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times (e.g., 1–3 days for standard packages) are approximations and are not strictly guaranteed. The turnaround period begins only after Infranext has received all necessary assets and specifications from the Client.
Force Majeure: Infranext shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials (including third-party AI service downtime).
4. Clips & Gameplay Footage
Gameplay or server footage is required for reel generation. Upon placing an order, you may select one of the following options:
- Recording by Infranext: We will record the necessary footage for you. This service is included in the package price at no additional cost.
- Client-Provided Footage: You may provide your own clips. In this case, we will provide a set of instructions and recommendations regarding recording standards.
If you choose to provide your own footage, Infranext is not liable for diminished output quality resulting from a failure to follow provided instructions. Each provided clip must be under 500MB, have a maximum duration of 120 seconds, and be in MKV or MP4 format. Files that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
5. Voiceovers
Clients may opt for AI-generated voiceovers or provide their own:
- AI Voiceovers: You may select male or female voices and specify the speech style (e.g., energetic, professional).
- Client-Provided Voiceovers: Each provided audio file must have a maximum duration of 60 seconds and be under 50MB. Files exceeding these limits will not be used.
6. Scripts
Clients may provide their own scripts or utilize our AI-generated script service:
- AI-Generated Scripts: We generate scripts based on the server details you provide. You will receive all scripts for verification prior to video generation. You are entitled to a maximum of two revisions for AI-generated scripts.
- Self-Editing: You are free to edit the scripts as many times as necessary prior to final approval.
7. Background Music & Copyright
- Infranext Selection: We utilize music intended for royalty-free or platform-permitted use. If a strike occurs on our selected music, we provide a replacement of the affected reels.
- Client Selection: If the Client provides specific music, the Client assumes 100% liability for copyright compliance. Infranext is not responsible for validating the licensing of Client-provided assets.
8. Testing & Samples
To ensure quality and aesthetic alignment, we provide sample reels for review following payment completion but prior to final batch rendering. This policy applies based on order size:
- Orders of 10–24 Reels: Two (2) free testing reels.
- Orders of 25+ Reels: Three (3) free testing reels.
These samples are generated sequentially to allow the Client to request style adjustments before the final production run. This provision is limited to the specified number of reels per order.
9. Revisions & Finality
No Post-Delivery Edits: Once the final batch of videos is generated and delivered, the project is considered closed. Infranext does not perform "post-generation" edits. Any requests for changes to delivered content will require the purchase of a new package which will generate entirely new content.
10. Payment, Refunds & Chargebacks
Payment Methods: Temporarily, all payments for BlockBoost services are processed manually. International customers may fulfill payments via PayPal or Wise, while customers within India may utilize UPI. We are currently in the process of integrating an automated payment gateway to support a wider range of payment options in the near future.
Refunds: All sales are final. Full refunds are issued only upon failure to deliver. Partial refunds or "Store Credit" (in the form of free reels) may be issued at our sole discretion for quality concerns.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is considered a breach of contract. This will result in an immediate permanent blacklist and reporting to global fraud prevention databases.
11. Intellectual Property & Indemnification
Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final MP4 files for marketing use. Resale is prohibited except for Enterprise tier clients.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infranext and its staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the content of your reels or your violation of these Terms.
12. Content Guidelines
We strictly prohibit content involving illegal activities, hate speech, or NSFW material. Violation of these guidelines results in immediate termination of service without refund.
13. Security & Impersonation
Infranext is not responsible for losses incurred via impersonators. On Discord, only interact with accounts holding the "Staff Team" role. On the web, only conduct business on infranext.dev.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: INFRANEXT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE VIRAL SUCCESS OR SPECIFIC REACH METRICS.
Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFRANEXT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SERVICE IN QUESTION.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts located in India.
16. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Infranext regarding BlockBoost and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
